1. Introduction

Welcome to ShareBuddy. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our platform.

2. Services Provided

ShareBuddy acts solely as an intermediary facilitating shared access to various services through passes that allow members to join shared groups. We do not provide any services directly nor guarantee the availability or functionality of these services. Our role is limited to offering passes for members to participate in shared access arrangements. The benefits derived from these arrangements are contingent upon the respective service providers and are outside of our control.

3. Responsibilities of Hosts

Hosts are solely responsible for the timely payment of recurring service fees or annual plans necessary to maintain the shared access arrangements. Hosts must actively manage their payments to prevent service disruptions. Failure to do so may result in temporary unavailability of services to members.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments to hosts for services rendered will be processed at the end of each month. Settlements will occur between the 1st and 5th of each month, contingent upon banking business days. In the event that a shared service is not provided to members, the following deductions shall apply:

• 1-2 working days: None
• 2-5 working days: Half a month charge
• More than 5 working days: Full month charge

Members may request prorated refunds for the duration of service disruptions until resolved. If a member opts out of an active shared service, no refunds will be issued, and the host will retain the corresponding amount. ShareBuddy reserves the right to reallocate the departing member slot to another member without incurring additional fees.

5. Acceptance of Third-Party Terms

Both hosts and members must accept the terms and conditions of the respective services they are accessing. ShareBuddy is not responsible for any wrongdoing, claims, or disputes arising from interactions between hosts and members regarding these services. It is the responsibility of hosts and members to ensure they comply with all applicable terms and conditions.

6. Technical Issues and Liability

ShareBuddy disclaims all liability for any technical malfunctions, hacking incidents, or privacy breaches that may occur in connection with the use of our services. We employ commercially reasonable measures to secure and maintain the functionality of our platform; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Members agree that any claims regarding service quality or availability must be directed to the respective service providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks and intellectual property referenced on the ShareBuddy platform are the exclusive property of their respective owners. ShareBuddy disclaims any commercial affiliation with or endorsement by these brands unless explicitly stated. Use of brand names is solely for informational purposes, and no copyright or ownership claims are made by ShareBuddy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable local laws.

9. Changes to Terms

ShareBuddy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our platform. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
