Refund Policy Details

Once your party is confirmed, refunds are not available. If you’re not added to the party within two working days of your purchase, you can choose a full refund for your passes.

If you join the Priority Queue, you are entitled to request a full refund if a party is not formed within 30 days.

Approved refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
